For the conversations that stay on your mind
Walk in ready.
Practise a difficult work conversation with an AI partner on your iPhone. Give feedback, say no, or ask for what you need — out loud or in writing, before the real conversation.
Made for iPhone. No Bravy account or password needed.
What have you been meaning to say?
-
Give feedback without making it personal.
A deadline has slipped again. You want to name the pattern and hear what is getting in the way.
-
Say no without a long apology.
Another request lands on a full plate. You want to be clear about what you can take on.
-
Ask for what you need.
You want to talk about support, responsibilities, or pay — and make a concrete request.
From “that happened” to “here’s what I’ll say.”
Keep the context, find your point, then give the conversation a try. You can start with the journal or go straight to a practice scenario.
-
Capture
Keep people, events, and commitments together in your journal.
Return to what happened, rather than starting from a blank page.
-
Prepare
Plan a real conversation in your journal or pick a scenario from the library.
Decide what you want to raise and what you want to ask.
-
Practice
Speak or type with an AI partner that responds. Try a library scenario or prepare a practice from your journal.
Try different words without putting a real colleague on the spot.
Something specific to try next.
After a practice long enough to analyse, Bravy gives you feedback on what you said. Look at a particular exchange, consider another approach, and take one useful idea into your next attempt.

Give clear feedback — Repeated missed deadlines
You
“This keeps happening and the team is frustrated.”
Alex · AI practice partner
“That feels unfair — it's not like I'm missing deadlines on purpose.”
Try naming a specific missed deadline before asking what got in the way.
- Clarity Something to reconsider
- “This keeps happening” names a pattern but does not give the other person a concrete example to respond to.
- Commitment A next step
- Before closing, ask what will happen next, who will do it, and by when.
AI feedback is a prompt for reflection, not an objective verdict on you or a prediction of how someone will respond. Very short practices may not contain enough to analyse.
A place to practise. Not a promise about the outcome.
Preparation, practice, and feedback shape Bravy. Read how those ideas appear in the app, which research informs our thinking, and where the evidence stops.

Before you get started
Is Bravy for my situation?
Bravy is for work conversations — with someone you lead, your manager, or a colleague. Pick a library scenario or prepare a practice from a conversation in your journal. It is a place to rehearse, not HR, legal, or clinical advice.
Do I need an iPhone or an account?
You need an iPhone, but no Bravy account or password. Practice happens in the app, not on this website. AI practice also needs an internet connection.
Am I talking to a real person?
No. Your practice partner and feedback use AI. You can speak or type. The responses are simulated, may be wrong, and cannot tell you what a real colleague thinks.
What happens to my notes and practice conversations?
Your journal is stored on your phone. If you build a practice from it, you choose and confirm the context to share. AI practice sends content to service providers, including spoken or typed conversation content and the transcript used for feedback. Do not include confidential information you do not want to share.
How much practice is included?
Pro includes 10 spoken and 30 written practices per 30 days, regardless of subscription length. A retry uses one practice. You can check your remaining allowance in the app.
How do I manage or activate a subscription?
Manage an App Store purchase in Apple’s subscription settings. If you bought Pro on the web, install Bravy first, then open your personal activation link on that iPhone. Use your web billing link to manage that purchase; Apple’s Restore purchases does not restore web purchases.
Give yourself a first attempt.
Start with a conversation you have been putting off. Your journal is free; AI practice is part of Pro.
